    Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled due to discontinued products or your request.

    Returned: Your order has been returned to our warehouse and either payment has been reversed or we are in the process of exchange.

    Unavailable: We are unable to verify the status of your order and will contact you shortly.

    Ready for Pickup: Your order has been processed and is now ready for pickup from our office / warehouse, please check your email for details of the location.
