Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled by either yourself or 42Play.Com.In the event that we are unable to supply goods due to unforeseen circumstances such as the item no longer being available, there being an extended delay due to lack of supply or we believe there is a large amount of risk on our behalf to for fill the order then we may cancel your order. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been canceled if this approach is taken.
If you require your order to be canceled for various reasons such as unexpected delays, lack of supply, change of mind etc. you may contact us by phone or email to do so as long as the order has not been dispatched, once your order is dispatched we can not cancel the order.
When placing your order please note that not all goods are always available, although we do try to keep as much product in stock at all times, but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes we do run out of stock.
42Play.Com reserves the right to cancel any order for product and or services at anytime at our choosing, if so any deposits obtained will be refunded as soon as possible.
